Can I drive a scooter with a passenger?

For safety reasons, it is not allowed to board a passenger, even if they have their own helmet.
What equipment do I need?

Before driving a scooter, we strongly recommend that you bring: Thick gloves, ideally made of leather and reinforced. Thick jacket, ideally designed for motorcycling and equipped with protection. Closed shoes, ideally high heels.
Where can I track my invoices and rentals?

You can track your rental history and consumption in real time by logging into your personal space.
When a rental starts and ends ?

Start of the rental period The rental starts when you enter the code on the scooter to unlock it. End of rental period The rental ends when the "FREE" LED lights up in green above the screen. Be careful not to leave the scooter until you have received confirmation of the end of your rental.
Can someone else use my account?

Absolutely not! Your account is registered. You must be the sole driver of the scooters booked through your E-scootIndia account
